

刘丹凤,女,博士,河南周口人,云南省“兴滇英才”青年人才,云南大学青年培优计划入选者。现任副研究员,硕士生导师。
目前主要采用化学生态学和分子生物学方法研究入侵植物与本地植物、昆虫互作的关系,揭示入侵植物成功入侵的生理和分子机制。先后承担国家自然科学基金地区项目和青年项目、云南省“兴滇英才”青年人才项目、云南省科技厅基础研究项目等;在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文20余篇。
在植物-环境互作方面取得了一定的研究成果,主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)通过昆虫行为学试验、转录组和代谢组测定分析和试验验证发现入侵植物美洲商陆比本土商陆更抗广食性昆虫危害。美洲商陆一方面通过降低挥发性酯类的合成,另一方面通过增加非挥发类黄酮的合成来防御植食性昆虫斜纹夜蛾危害。
(2)通过采用转录代谢和生物化学实验方法揭示美洲商陆快速生长的生理机制,为入侵植物的防控提供新的思路。美洲商陆比本土商陆表现出更快的幼苗建成,这与美洲商陆初萌发的种子中淀粉代谢和光合作用合成的可溶性糖显著相关。
(3)鉴定了植物萜烯同系物合成的关键细胞色素P450基因,并在烟草中实现了萜烯同系物DMNT的从头合成,为害虫的绿色防控提供新的思路。
