

常军军,男,博士,1985年5月生,云南祥云人,云南省万人计划青年拔尖(首批)人才、云南大学东陆青年学者入选者。现任云南大学生态与环境学院教授、博士生导师(生态学、资源与环境)、副院长。
主要从事水环境污染的生态效应及机制、人工湿地水质净化技术研发及其作用机制、环境生态治理与修复等方面的研究,主要包括:(1)解析了滇池、异龙湖、杞麓湖等云南高原湖泊流域内人工湿地、河道、湖体等的有机污染特征及其迁移转化、污染物净化效能及途径、碳排放以及基于水生生物群落的生态系统健康等特征,明晰了水质、土地利用类型等对这些特征的调控作用及机制,并关注大数据模型在水体污染及生态系统演变趋势预测中的应用;(2)明晰了典型新污染物全氟化合物、抗生素、微塑料、新烟碱农药等对湿地生态系统功能的影响及其作用途径和机制;(3)针对不同类型污水的水质特征,研发具有污染物靶向去除作用的高效、低碳人工湿地水质净化技术,并开展技术优化、体系构建与实践应用。先后承担国家自然科学基金、云南省重点研发计划、云南省应用基础研究计划项目等10余项,以第一或通讯作者在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文60余篇,包含中科院一区论文18篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,获得专利授权10余项,参编教材2部、专著1部、地方标准2个。获得云南省科技进步一等奖(2021年)、云南省研究生教学成果二等奖(2023年)、浙江省生态环境科学技术奖、民盟中央长江生态环境保护民主监督工作先进个人等奖励。
