导师简介

程晓莉,云南大学生态与环境学院,研究员,博士生导师。2003年6月获南京大学生态学博士学位,2003–2005年,复旦大学生态学博士后,2005–2006年,美国University of Toledo生态学博士后, 2007–2009年,美国University of Oklahoma生态学博士后。2011年,新西兰新西兰皇家科学院农业研究(AgResearch, New Zealand),访问教授。2014–2015年,意大利Bari University,访问教授。2006-2019年,中国科学院武汉植物园,副研究员/研究员,2019年10至今,云南大学生态与环境学院,研究员。

主要从事土壤生态学和生态系统生态学研究,运用稳定同位素技术、土壤分馏方法、分子生物学技术和空间统计学等方法,研究生态系统碳氮磷等物质元素的循环以及土壤微生物驱动过程对气候变化、土地利用变化和生物入侵等全球变化的响应。先后主持和参加了多项由国家自然科学基金委员会、中国科学院和国家科技部资助的研究项目。目前(至2024年3月)发表相关SCI论文110余篇。第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文106篇,分别在国际生态学杂志Global Change Biology、Soil Biology & Biochemistry、Functional EcologyAgricultural and Forest Meteorology等期刊上发表了相关的研究成果。
